Terms of service
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
Welcome to Resilient Consulting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, and any purchase made through resilientconsulting.us. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Resilient Consulting LLC.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or buying a product from us, you agree to these Terms, our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you are authorized to use the payment method on the order.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Automotive, RV, and Marine Parts
Resilient Consulting sells automotive, RV, marine, maintenance, replacement, repair, and related products. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your vehicle, RV, boat, engine, equipment, model, year, trim, configuration, or application before ordering or installing it.
Compatibility and fitment information, manufacturer part numbers, interchange data, dimensions, specifications, photos, descriptions, and other product details are provided to help you, but you should verify them independently before purchase and installation.
If you are unsure about compatibility, consult the vehicle or equipment manufacturer, the product manufacturer, a qualified mechanic, technician, installer, or another suitable professional before buying or installing a product.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photos, specifications, pricing, availability, manufacturer details, and compatibility information. Information supplied by manufacturers, distributors, catalog providers, or other third parties may sometimes contain errors, omissions, outdated details, or differences from the actual product.
Manufacturers may change packaging, labeling, specifications, materials, appearance, model numbers, or designs without notice. Minor differences in packaging or appearance do not necessarily mean the wrong product was supplied.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information as needed.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices, promotions, discounts, inventory, and product offerings may change without notice.
Although we try to keep pricing accurate, typographical, catalog, supplier, technical, or system errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we reserve the right, where permitted by law, to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not mean the order has been finally accepted. Orders may be subject to payment verification, inventory availability, fraud review, shipping restrictions, address verification, and other reasonable processing requirements.
Where permitted by law, we may refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, shipping restrictions, unauthorized payment methods, or other circumstances that prevent proper fulfillment.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel unfulfilled items within 15 minutes of purchase through your customer account. If you need help cancelling or changing an order, contact Resilient Consulting as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before processing or shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been sent to a distributor, warehouse, or carrier, or has otherwise progressed too far to cancel, it will need to be handled as a return under our Return Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as reasonably possible. Any shipping, processing, transit, or delivery dates shown on our website or given to customers are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory or supplier delays, busy periods, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused packages, address corrections, or undeliverable shipments may be your responsibility where permitted by law.
8. 30-Day Return Policy
Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our Return Policy.
Unless the return involves a verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, returned items should be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, and components.
9. Return Shipping
Customers arrange and pay for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
If we shipped the wrong product, or an item arrived damaged or defective through no fault of yours, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
10. Installed, Used, or Modified Products
Products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, damaged after delivery, contaminated with fuel, oil, chemicals, or other substances, or returned with missing parts or packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Depending on the product’s condition and applicable law, such products may receive a reduced refund or may not be returnable if they cannot reasonably be resold or returned to the manufacturer or distributor.
Certain electrical, electronic, special-order, customized, clearance, hazardous-material, manufacturer-restricted, or similarly designated products may have additional return restrictions when disclosed before purchase.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect shipments promptly after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, contact Resilient Consulting promptly with your order number and details of the issue.
We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, manufacturer label, part number, serial number, or damage to help verify and resolve the issue.
Do not install or use a product you believe is damaged, defective, or incorrect unless we instruct otherwise.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, as described in our Return Policy.
After we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
13. Product Installation and Safety
Automotive, RV, and marine components may require specialized tools, technical knowledge, correct torque specifications, safety procedures, programming, calibration, or professional installation.
You are responsible for making sure products are installed and used correctly, following manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Where appropriate, installation should be done by a qualified mechanic, technician, electrician, installer, or other properly trained professional.
14. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products include a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, claim requirements, and remedies vary by manufacturer and product.
15. Third-Party Products and Services
These Terms apply to products sold by Resilient Consulting. Products identified as sold by another seller follow that seller’s shipping and return policies, shown on the product page and at checkout. Orders with products from more than one seller may ship separately and have separate shipping charges.
Our website may include products, information, services, links, applications, or content provided by manufacturers, distributors, payment providers, shipping companies, or other third parties. Third-party services may be subject to their own separate terms, policies, warranties, and conditions.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the design, branding, text, graphics, logos, website content, and other materials created by or for Resilient Consulting are owned by or licensed to Resilient Consulting LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, and part numbers remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for product identification and compatibility purposes.
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, scraping that interferes with site operation, infringing intellectual property rights, unlawful activity, interfering with website security, or any other activity that could harm Resilient Consulting, our customers, or third parties.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for warranties expressly provided by Resilient Consulting or a product manufacturer, and except where prohibited by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resilient Consulting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of our website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilient Consulting from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security concerns, or other misuse of our website or services.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, products, policies, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Resilient Consulting LLC and the transaction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
